Where do you deliver to?

We deliver nationwide Tuesday to Saturday. Orders placed before 1.30pm can be delivered next day, alternatively you can choose a delivery date during the checkout process.

How do you deliver firewood?

Firewood is delivered on a pallet in nets or bulk bags, the pallet is delivered from the rear of a large lorry (vehicle sizes vary depending on order size)via a tail lift (not a crane). The pallet is then maneuvered as close to you property as possible with a pallet trolley. We can only guarantee curbside delivery, however, our drivers are very helpful and where possible they will move the pallet to your drive way etc (pallet trolleys can only be maneuvered on firm level surfaces such as concrete or paving, we cannot unload onto gravel).

Does anybody need to sign for the delivery?

We do prefer it if there is someone home when the delivery is made, however this is not essential, if you cannot be present when the delivery is scheduled then please lets us know and we can arrange the delivery to be made without a signature.
